Parish Registers
	We now have several local parish registers on microfilm, as well as many transcripts in print, microfiche and CDs.

Monumental Inscriptions (MI's)
	Most of the publications transcribed by the East Yorks FHS, the Cleveland & North Yorks Society and The York & District Society, various other Yorkshire based Societys' MI publications, plus some privately transcribed, i.e. Beckett Street (Burmantofts Leeds 1845-1991)

Pre 1841			Very limited. West Riding only
	1841	..	Bradford & district, Rotherham, few Leeds suburbs, a few institutions.
			Some East Riding indexes
	1851		Surname Indexes to over 1,000 towns, villages and hamlets
			East Riding complete
			North Riding complete
			City of York and the Ainsty complete
			West Riding almost complete

	1861		East Riding index complete, some West Riding including Sheffield & Rotherham
	1871		Bradford & district surname index, Rotherham, few Leeds suburbs, plus a few institutions
	1881		All Yorkshire on fiche, plus British Census & National Index for England, Scotland, Wales,
			Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Royal Navy on CD
	1891		Complete coverage of North Riding & South Durham indexes. Bradford & district, some
			Leeds, some East (inc Hull) & West Riding indexes, - Ebberston, printed copy with index
	1901		England & Wales online - with a searchable index. (The index is free but charge for interent
			use) Vouchers (or credit card) needed to extract further information for places outside Yorkshire
All years			Workhouses & some prisons - collection of indexes for various census years

Trade & Post Office Directories

Excellent coverage of all Yorkshire 1822 - 1921, Leeds 1798 - 1947 (over 40 in all)

International Genealogical Index (IGI)

This is an index on microfiche, compiled by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (The Mormons) Millions of entries of Baptisms and Marriages (no Burials) We have the IGI for Yorkshire, Durham, Northumberland, Lincolnshire and Warwickshire The IGI for the whole of the Country is online

Parish Register Transcriptions

Many Yorkshire Parishes, in printed, CD or fiche form - Also photocopies of some original Bishops Transcripts and churchwardens accounts
