- Contents of our CD ROMs:

The data on our CD ROMs consists of scanned images of the pages
of original books, reproduced in .pdf files, using Adobe Acrobat.
Each CD contains at least one whole book, from cover to cover,
regardless of its size
(except for the very, very huge book, the 1908 West
Riding Directory, which has been divided into 4 CDs)

The software required for reading
these files is included on every one of our CDs.

This software is compatible with
both PCs and Macs.

Most of these original, old and
rare books can be seen in the Yorkshireancestors.com Library, at Ebberston, however, some books have
been loaned to us, by friends and fellow historians.
